【Abstract】 The technique of preparing bulk superconducting samples of Er-Ba-Cu oxide by solid-state reaction method with low-content Er2O3 (91%) material was reported. The high Tc superconductivity measurements and the results of the crystal structure analysis of the same samples by means of X-ray powder diffraction and SEM were also presented.更多还原
