钢的内氧化过程及内氧化物的研究
A STUDY ON THE PROCESS OF INTERNAL OXIDA-TION AND INTERNAL OXIDES IN STEELS
【摘要】 用 Fe2O3:Fe:Al2O3=1:1:1的混合粉末,对20、20Cr、20Cr2Ni4A、40Cr 和 GCr15五种工业用钢在860~1100℃,经8~80h 内氧化处理。研究了这些钢的内氧化过程和钢中的内氧化物。结果表明,在钢的内氧化过程中,被内氧化的合金和杂质元素既有长程逆扩散也有短程扩散;钢的内氧化物为(Mn0.83F0.17)·(Al1.96Fe0.04)O4、Fe(AlCr)2O4和 Fe2SiO4;在同一颗内氧化物的不同部位,被内氧化的合金和杂质元素含量不同;内氧化物的成分与其沿由表到里方向的分布位置无一定关系。
【Abstract】 20,20Cr,20Cr2Ni4A,40Cr and GCr15 steels are inter(?)allyoxidized for 8 to 80 hours at temperature 860~1100℃ using a powder mixtureof Fe2O2:Fe:Al2O3=1:1:1.The process of internal oxidation and internaloxides in the steels have been investigated.Experimental results show that,during the process of internal oxidation the diffusion of alloying and impu-rity elements is both long range counter-diffusion and short range diffusion;the internal oxides are(Mn08.3Fe0.17)(Al1.96Fe0.04)O4,Fe(AlCr)2O4 and Fe2 SiO4;the element contents are different site in an oxide particle;there is norelationship between composition of the oxide and its position from surfaceto center of specimen.
