小白鼠心肌肌原纤维和线粒体年龄性变化的体视学分析
THE AGE-DEPENDENT CHANGES OF THE MYOFIBRILS AND MITOCHONDRIA OF THE MYOCARDIAL CELLS OF MICE WITH STEREOLOGICAL PROCEDURE
【摘要】 本文采用体视学方法,定量研究了胚胎16日至生后13个月的小白鼠左心室肌细胞肌原纤维和线粒体含量的年龄性变化。从所获得的12个体视学参数的结果分析表明。(1)在发育过程中,心肌细胞产能结构的体积增长快于细胞体积和肌原纤维体积的增长;(2)胚胎末期,心肌线粒体体积显著增大,以满足此时期心脏功能活动增强的需要;(3)线粒体结构的发育至生后20日基本完成,功能的发育于生后60日更完善;(4)生后4日左右是小白鼠心肌线粒体结构改建的重要时期。
【Abstract】 The age-dependent changes of the myofibrils and mitochondria the left ventricular myocardial cells during the interal from the 16th day in gestation to the 13th month after birth are quantitatively studied with the stereological procedures. After twelve stereological results are compre- hesively analysed, authers infer as follow: (1) During developing, the volume of the energy-producing structure increases fast than that of the cellular and myofibrilar; (2) At the end of the gestation, the volume of the individual mitochondrium of the fetal myocardial cells is significantly enlarged so that it is suitable for the demand of the heart function in the period; (3) The development of the mitochondria structure is accomplished primarily in the 20th day after birth but the function of the mitochondria in the 60th day is more perfect; (4) About the 4th day after birth is the important period of the inner reorganization of the mitochondrium in the myocardrial cells of the mouse.
