人心计算机三维重建和显示的研究
RESEARCH OF 3-D COMPUTER RECONSTRUCTION AND DISPLAY OF HUMAN HEART
【摘要】 本文采用以体素表示的实体重建法对27层人心连续解剖断面进行计算机三维重处,并通过旋转和透明处理,可单独或同时显示整体心脏的心外膜、心肌层和心腔的外形轮廓及其相互关系,重建后的图像可通行不同方位的剖割处理,以期与超声心动图及心脏的CT、NMR等断面图像相对照,为影像诊断学提供一种新颖的有价值的形态学资料。为了提高三维重建图像的质量,改进了外定位的参照轴设置方法,较好地解决了解剖学断面图像的配准对位问题,为今后连续解剖断面图像的计算机三维重建奠定了基础。
【Abstract】 With the method of volume rendering, 27 serial cross-sections of one human heart were 3-D reconstructed and displayed in computer. After the serial processes of rotation and transparence, the contours of the epicardium, the myocardium, the cavity, and the relationship of them were displayed in varial angle. The sections from the reconstructed image could be compared with the echocardiogram, which would provide the basis of morphology of the cardiovascular for CT, NMR, echocardiogram and etc. A special method of making reference marks was also advanced to improve the 3-D reconstructed image.
