【摘要】 本文研究了35只京都种大白鼠(WKY)肾动脉狭窄手术后对心肌内去甲肾上腺素(NA)含量及血压的影响,发现左肾动脉狭窄(2K1C)型与右肾切除后再作左肾动脉狭窄(1K1C)型心肌内NA含量在实验组都低于对照组,而血压则高于对照组,两者有统计学意义。实验组(或对照组)心肌内NA含量在2K1C型都高于1K1C型,两者有显著性差异,但血压则2K1C型低于1K1C型。更多还原

【Abstract】 The effect of the level of NA in myocardium and blood pressure in the renal artery stenosis rats were studied. 35 rats were divided into 4 groups, two-kidney one-clip (2K1C) ane one-kidney one-clip (1K1C) types, both include experimental and control groups. The results were as follows: In 2K1C and 1K1C types, the level of NA in myocardium of the experimental groups were lower than that in the control groups, but the blood pressure were conversed. The rations of the cardiac weight to body weight in experimental groups were higher than that in the control groups.更多还原
