【摘要】 提要:在专供研究用的15具(30侧)男性成人尸体上解剖、观察了阴部外动脉的起始、走行和分布范围。皮瓣区的主要血管为阴部外动脉和阴部外静脉,神经为髂腹股沟神经的皮支。阴部外动脉起始处和分支前的外径平均值分别为:1.60±0.28mm,1.13±0.29mm。阴部外静脉在汇入大隐静脉处的外径平均值为:2.56±0.51mm,髂腹股沟神经在皮下环处的宽、厚度的平均值分别为:1.69±)0.54mm和0.82±0.20mm。血管蒂的长度平均为:37.73±10.41mm。皮瓣前、中、后部的厚度平均值分别是:5.72±1.44mm、5.13±1.12mm、4.37±0.91mm。本文认为:阴股沟区皮瓣具有血供良好、皮肤薄、富有弹性、感觉神经丰富,切口可以一期缝合等优点是阴茎再造和用作游离皮瓣的一个新的供区。[更多还原

【Abstract】 The external pudendal artery was dissected on 30 sides of the male cadavcrs. The external diameter of its origin(1.60±0.28mm) and that of its terminal part before branching (1.13±0.29mm) were measured respectively. The external diameter of the external pudendal veins were also ganged (2.56±0.51mm). The width and thickness of the ilioinguinal nerve of the lateral crus of the superficialinguinal ring were acquired (1.69±0.54mm and 0.82±0.0mm). The length of the external pudenal artery from its origin to the skin takes an average of 37.73±10.41mm.更多还原
