血浆交换治疗系统性红斑狼疮与T细胞免疫及免疫复合物的关系

【摘要】 应用血浆交换(PE)治疗7例系统性红斑狼疮,在PE前后监测外周血T细胞集落、单克隆抗体标记T细胞亚群和测定循环免疫复合物(CIC)的改变。实验资料提示,PE后机体内有害抗体及CIC的清除、细胞免疫功能的调正等均属产生疗效的机理,系综合性的作用。但以有害抗体的大量清除为PE疗效的重要机理。

【Abstract】 This paper presents plasma exchange (PE) therapy in 7 cases of SLE. The colony forming unit—T lymphecyte (TL—CFU), the symbol of T—cell subsets with monocloe antibody (McAb), and the circulating immune complex (CIC) were examined before and after the therapeutics of PE and studied the relationship of each other. The experiments indicated that plasmapheresis may remove the CIC and noxious autoantibodies and regulate the action of cellular immunity. All these functions are synthetic therapeutic effect. The indexes of therapeutic are TL—CFU, CIC and the ratio of Th and Ts. The most sensitive and accurate is the number of TL—CFU back to normal with the patients plasma and serocultures.
