【摘要】 收集死亡人胚胎40例,妊娠龄5—40周。取脊髓胸段,恒冷箱切片,厚25—35μm,分别以Kamovsky—Roots法和PAP法显示脊髓中间灰质带含乙酰胆碱酯酶(AchE)的胆碱能神经元和P物质样(SP—L)、脑啡肽样(ENK—L)纤维的定位分布。结果发现AchE阳性神经元,最早见于第5周中间带外侧核本部(ILP)。6～8周,阳性神经元则明显见于侧索核(ILF)、中介核(IC)和中介核室管旁部(ICPE)等各核群。AchE阳性神经元的活性反应强度随胎龄增长而增强。SP—L和ENK—L阳性纤维最早见于第8周中间带的外侧份,位于套层与缘层之间,相当于ILP的原基部。9～13周,阳性纤维亦向内延伸。至14周,阳性纤维在ILP、ILF和IC等部位已有明显的增加。26周,上述核群和ICPE均见阳性纤维网织成丛状分布。实验证明,人胎脊髓中间带的AchE阳性神经元和SP—L、ENK—L肽能纤维,均出现于胚胎早期,且AchE神经元的出现要比SP—L、ENK—L肽能纤维大概早1/10孕期。更多还原

【Abstract】 Localization of acetylcholinesterase (ACHE) positive neurons, substance P(SP—L) and Enkephalin (ENK—L) fibers were studied by histochemistry and immunohistochemistry in the intermediate sympathetic zone of the spinal cords of 40 human embryos/fetuses from gestation ages 5—40 weeks. ACHE positive neurons were observed in the nucleus intermediolateralis pats principalis(lL,P) as early as the 5th week of gestation. Their positive activity were expanded inward along the intermediate zone at 6th—8th weeks of gestation. By the 9th—17th weeks of gestation, positive neurons were also seen in the nuclei intermedialispars funicularis (ILF), intercalatus spinalis (IC)and intercalatus pars paraependymalis (ICPE). Increase in amount of these positive ACHE neurons was dmonstrated till term. SP—L and ENL—L fibers were initially observed by the 8th gestation week in the ILP) nucleus and positive fibers were expanded also inward along the intermediate zone at 9th—13th weeks of gestation. They were detected in the nucleus ILF as well as the nuceus IC by the 14th week of gestation. By the 26th week of gestation, all the major nuclei ILP, ILF, IC and ICPE and SP—L & ENK—L fibers. Initial demonstration of ACHE positive neurons appeared to be at an earlier stage than that of our SP—L& ENK—L positive fibers.更多还原
