【摘要】 用自制 Lp（a）抗血清建立了血清 Lp（a）酶联免疫测定法。检测下限为0.4ng/孔,标本稀释2 000倍,可检测出8～1 000mg/L 血清 Lp（a）水平。本法不受 apoA₁、A₂、B、C₁、C₂、C₃、apoE、白蛋白和纤维蛋白溶酶原干扰,批内平均变异系数为5.2%,批间为7.7%,与火箭电泳结果呈良好相关。检测了1 266例正常人血清 Lp（a）,均值为146.0mg/L,S 为109.2mg/L;脐带血 Lp（a）水平极低,出生后迅速上升至成人水平。年龄、性别间无差异。Lp（a）与胆固醇、甘油三酯、HDL-C、apoA₁、apoB 等均不相关,是判别心、脑血管疾病的独特指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 A sensitive and specific ELISA method for quantifying lipo- protein(a)(Lp(a))in human serum is established by using selfmade antibody. The minimun dectectable concentration was 0.4ng/well.The assay was carried out with 2000-fold diluted serum routinely,and Lp(a)was quan- tified between 8 and 1000mg/L.Apo-A1,A2,B,C1,C2,C3,ApoE and plasminogen were not interfered.within-run coefficient of variation was 5.2% and between-run was 7.7%.The results by the ELISA were in good agreement with those by electrioimmunoassay(r=0.942). Lp(a)concentration in the cord blood serum was very low.It was approximately one-tenth of that in adult serum.After birth,Lp(a)is as- sumed to be produced rapidly and the level in serum increases to tho level of adult.Lp(a).levels had no difference in age and sex.Lp(a)is an additional risk factor for coronary heart disease and cerebral vascular disease independently from all other serum lipoproteins.更多还原
