【Abstract】 In this paper,a new variance used in the phase noise measurement,called deformed high difference variance,is presented.The transfer function of the new variance has the following features:(1)no minor lohe responses)(2)few harmonic responses.The transfer function He(f),sample function hc(t)and equivalent band width BN are given.The measurement results in the time domain can he converted into the results in the frequency domain by this new variance.更多还原
