【Abstract】 The patterns of genomes and the location of chromosome Y in genomes of inbred lines of mus. musculus-C57BL/6N and BLAB/C were comparatively studied by using direct slide making method with bone marrow cells combined with C-banding technique. The results showed that no significent differences between the genomes of the two inbred lines. Chromosome No. 19 of €57 BL/6N could be used as a signal.
