【Abstract】 This paper gives a new method to measure the distance between two adjoining valley points, which is also suitable for measuring diameter of opaque fine wir.e. This method is based on collecting and processing the optic information of the distance between two adjoining valley points(dark points) produced by laser diffraction pattern. The measuring result is accurate, stable,and reliadie, if advanced technique and devices, such as CCD,Grate length measurement, floating average active filter, single chip computer etc are used.更多还原
