【摘要】 本文用频闪摄影方法测得了洗毛机内羽毛与液流的相对运动速度,在此基础上研究了无挡板和有挡板时洗毛效果差别很大的原因。用最优回归设计理论建立了立式挡板型洗毛机主要参数与洗毛机主要指标间的关系,分析了各主要参数对洗毛主要指标的影响,用最优化方法找出了各参数的最佳组合。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this paper, the relative velocity between feather and liquid flow in the washing machine is measured with frequency flash photographing to study the radical causes of the great difference of washing effects between machines with and without baffles. By the theory of regression optimization, the main parameters of feather washing machine with vertical baffle and its influential effects on main norms of feather washing are established, and the best combination of parameters has been found by applying method of optimization.更多还原
