高T_c超导电性的声子-激子联合机制
The Combined Phonon-Exciton Mechanism of High T_c Superconductivity
【摘要】 本文根据高T_c氧化物超导材料的性质及其能带计算结果,提出了高T_c超导电性的声子-激子联合机制,在Eliashberg强耦合超导理论的框架下推出了声子-激子联合机制的超导转变温度T_c公式,并解释了同位素效应和相干长度的新特性。
【Abstract】 A combination mechanism of phonon-exciton is proposed according to the character of highT_c superconductors and the calculated resultes of energy bands and a T_c formula is deduced within the strong coupling Eliashberg theory. This theory can be used to explain the properties of isotope effect and coherent length in high-T_c superconductors.
