低含量糠醛的红外光谱定量分析
FTIR QUANTITATIVE ANALYSIS OF LOW CONCENTRATION FURALDEHYDE
【摘要】 本文研究了含量小于10%的糠醛——苯样品体系的糠醛定量测定方法.现行国家标准盐酸羟胺肟化法(GB1926—80)的测定误差较大(约大于5%),步骤多,费时.Nicolet DX红外光谱定量分析软件的测定误差也较大.红外光谱工作曲线法的测定误差小于5%,该法简便快速,测定所需样品量少且不破坏样品,是适合本实验样品体系的定量分析方法.
【Abstract】 This paper studies the determination methods offuraldehyde and compares them with each other in a furaldehyde-benzenesample system that contains less than 10% of furaldehyde.The recentChinese national standard method is that of hydroxylamine(GB 1926-80).This method has an error approximately greater than 5%,and it has moresteps and is time-consuming.The Nicolet DX quantitative analysis packagecauses even greater error,while FTIR method has errors less than 5%by selecting proper baselines and drawing a work curve.FTIR methodis simple,quick and nondestructive,and needs only few amounts ofsamples.It’s suitable to the samples of the system of the experiment.
