【摘要】 本文分析了Nd:YAG中Nd3+(4F3,2)态的荧光谱与Nd3+浓度的关系,得出一种快速、简便、无损地检测Nd3+浓度沿晶轴分布的方法。

【Abstract】 In this paper, the Nd3+-fluorescent line-width in Nd: YAGin relation with its concentration is presented.A method of measuring Nd3+concentration distribution along crystallographic axis is introduc ed. This method is rapid, convenient and. undestructive.
