刀口解调技术的研究
The Research on the Technique of Knife-Edge Demodulation
【摘要】 本文用光学傅里叶变换方法分析了刀口解调技术,得到了圆函数及高斯函数分布光束下的两种解调结果。按此建立的实验系统得到较好的实验结果。从理论上和实验上证实了:在高斯函数分布光束下,获得最大输出信号电压的条件是衍射受限光斑直径d等于0.5~0.6的表面动态波纹波长A这一具有实践意义的结论。
【Abstract】 By using the method of the Furier-transform in optics, we developed the analysis of the technique of knife-edge demodulation and obtained the demodulating results for laser beams of circle uniform distribution and Guass distribution. According to the theory presented, a practical system was set up The experimental results are in good agreement with the theortical analyses. A practically meaningful fact to output a maxmium voltage signal is that the diffractionlimited beam diameter should be 0.6 to 0.6 of the wavelenth of the surface ripples.
