用于光电型激光探测器上的漫射板
The Diffusion Plate Used in the O-E Laser Detector
【摘要】 针对百瓦级激光功率、能量测试技术和测试仪器的现状,提出了一种性能优越的新型激光衰减器。介绍了它的基本工作原理和技术指标。采用这种衰减器制作的148Nd:YAG激光功率计,使传统的光电型探测器在大功率、大能量测试方面发挥了响应速度快的特长。
【Abstract】 A new kind of attenuator with superior function has been reported, with which the 148 Nd:YAG laser power meter can give faster response in detection of laser power and energy than generals.
