几种维生素对噪声暴露小鼠肝脏糖原含量和GPT活性变化的影响
Influence of Several Vitamins on the Mice Liver Glycogen Content and the Mice Liver GPT Activity Caused by Noise Exposure
【摘要】 小鼠噪声暴露(3.5KHz,103dB)60min时,肝糖原含量.饱食鼠噪声组显著低于对照组(P<0.01),事先腹腔注入Vit B12、C各组高于噪声组(P<0.05),接近对照组(P>0.05);饥饿鼠噪声组.Vit B12和C组均高于对照组(P<0.05和P<0.01)。肝GPT活性:饱食鼠噪卢组显著高于对照组(P<0.01),而Vit B12 C和E各组与对照组无差异。饥饿鼠各组间比均无差导。说明Vit B12C和E均有对抗噪声引起饱食鼠肝糖原含量下降和阻碍噪声所致饱食鼠肝GPT活性上升等作用。
【Abstract】 In this experiment, the changes of mice liver glycogen content ( MLGC ) and mice liver GPT activity ( MLGA ) were observed, which replenished with vitamins B12, C and E in satiated and starved states caused by noise exposure. Noise parameters; Noise level, 103 dB; Frequency spen, 3.5KHz; Duration, 60 min.Satiated mice were randomly divided into 7 groups. Group 1 was applied to blank control. Group 2 was usde as noise control. Groups 3,4,5,6 and 7 were added with vitamins B12 300μg, B12 200μg, C 303 mg, C 200 mg and E 100 mg/kg BW and exposed to noise. Starved mice were separated into 4 groups. Groups 1’, 2’, 3’, and 5’, were idem.The results showed that 1. MLGC of satiated mice in groups 3, 4, 5 and 6 increased in comparison with that of group 2 (P<0.05), but was close to that of group 1 (P>0.05) . MLGC of starved mice in groups 2’, 3’and 5’ was higher than that of group 1’ (P<0.05 and P<0.01 ) . 2. MLGA of satiated mice in groups 3, 4, 5,6 and? was close to that of group 1(P>0.05) . MLGA of starved mice in each group has no significant changes compared with that of group 1 (P>0.05) . It is suggested that vitamins B12, C and E all eleyate MLGC of satiated and starved mice, and decrease MLGA of satiated mice, but have no change of MLGA in starved mice.
