【Abstract】 A novel method tor immunization of mouse through direct intra-spleen jnjection of cells without a requirement of anesthesia is described.In this method only the local skin of the mouse needs to be opened with a 0.5 cm long cut without a requirement of cutting the peritoneum. The injection only takes 1 to 3 minutes. In the monitor upon a flowcytometer it has been observed that the titre of the specific antibody against the immunizing cells on the 6th day in this way was equal to that on the 33th day in the routine immu: Nation and he number of mononuclear cells in the spleen on the 6th day in this way was 4 times of that on the 33th day in the routine immunization.
