脂质过氧化物对培养的U937单核细胞系的损伤作用
Effect of Lipoperoxide on Cultured Monocytic Cell Line U937
【摘要】 将U937单核细胞与tbooH共同孵育24、48小时后,观察tbooH对U937单核细胞的损伤效应。结果显示细胞内Lpo含量增高,SOD活力降低,与膜功能密切相关的膜流动性亦明显降低。说明脂质过氧化作用可能是动脉粥样硬化(AS)过程中单核细胞损伤的主要原因。
【Abstract】 U937 cells were incubated with thooH for 24 and 48 hrs, respectively. It was observed that after incubation the content of lipoperoxide in the cells was increased and the activity of SOD and fluidity of plasma membrane were decreased also, suggesting that lipoperoxidation might be a main cause of the damage to monocyte in the development of arteriosclerosis.
