【摘要】 对兔生后胃和肝发育的组织形态学研究结果表明:兔初生时期胃壁簿,结构简单,胃底腺呈泡状或团块状,由主细胞及未分化细胞构成;7日龄时偶尔可见壁细胞;30日龄时壁细胞明显增多,大部分腺细胞排列成管状;60日龄时,胃底腺特别发达,明显分为腺颈、腺体和腺底三部分.肝细胞在初生时期排列紊乱,肝小叶轮廓不清;7日龄时肝细胞趋于索状排列;30日龄时,肝细胞以中央静脉为中心向四周呈放射状排列.更多还原

【Abstract】 This ’paper is about histomorphologic study of the postembryonic development of the stomach and liver of the rabbits.The results showed rthat the wall of stomach is thin with the simple structure and tire gastric gland with the follicle-or-mass-shaped in the newborn period, in Which it was consisted of the chief cells and the Primitire cells. Occasionally, there was the parietal cell in 7th day postborn. The parietal cells increased obviously -and most of gland cells lined in tubes in 30th day. The gartric gland had well developmented and was divided evidently ’into the glandular-neck, the glandular body, and glandular fundus in 60th day.The :hepatocytes was arranged disorderly and the outline of the "hepatic lobules was not clear in the newborn period.The hepatocytes tended to cord arrangement in 7th day, and hepato-cytes lined around in radioactivity centering on th centrae vein in 30th day.更多还原
