【Abstract】 Farmyard manure mixed with nitrogen fertilizer is applied to the soil psepared as basal manure before growing plant can remarkably accelerate the growth and development of spring cotton,multiply the height and leaf number of the cotton stem, increase the leaf-area index, improve the quality of the leaves, impel the development of the boll, increase boll number per tree, boll weight and fiber rate,notably raise the yield of thee cotton fiber. The test showes that,when soil being medium-fertile, the boll before summer time, the boll during autumn time and the boll during summer time should be emphasized in the field management, when the basal munure is used more, the boll during summer time and the boll during autumn time in the field manage ment must be stressed while the basis munre is used less, these are the keies of getting a good Spring cotton harvest.更多还原
