【摘要】 本文报道了油菜花序轴薄层细胞培养中形态发生的细胞组织学研究。以油菜花序轴为材料,切取表皮及亚表皮接种于附加不同浓度和比例的NAA和6-BA的MS培养基上培养。观察细胞启动、细胞分裂及细胞分化的过程,结果表明:亚表皮细胞和表皮细胞均可启动并分裂,形成分生细胞团或分生细胞层。器官发生有直接器官发生型和间接器官发生型两种类型。并讨论了细胞启动、愈伤组织和器官发生之间的关系。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper reports the cytohistological sudies on the morphogenisis in thin cell—layers cultures of raches of Brassica napus L.. Explants were obtained by excised thin cell—layers (four to nine layers of epidermal and subepidermal) from raches of Brassica napus L.. The explants cultured on MS mediums with addition different contet and ratio of NAA and 6—BA. Cell activation, cell division and cell differentiation were observed. The subepidermal cells may be activated, the epidermal cells may be activated too. The meristematic cellular mass and meristmatic cellular layers were formed from the activated cells. The organogenesis may be differentiated two types: direct organogenesis and indirect organogenesis. The relation between cell differectiation and organogenesis were discussed.更多还原
