柴油机燃油系统故障诊断仪的研制
A Fault Diagnosing Device for the Fuel Injection System of a Diesel Engine
【摘要】 <正> 对于柴油机燃油系统来说,某部分发生故障后,必然使其液力状态发生变化,进而燃料流动的压力、流速等参数有相应的改变,高压油管中的压力波形也随之而变.可见柴油机燃油系统中高压油管的压力波信号是反映系统工作状况的重要特征信号,它包含了燃油系统的工况信息.本文所研制的柴油机燃油系统故障诊断仪,将检测到的压力波信号,采用信号分析、人工智能及专家系统技术识别燃油系统的故障.文中主要介绍此诊断仪的结构与数据采集部分的硬件设计.
【Abstract】 The structure of an intelligent fault diagnosing device for the fuel injection system of a diesel engine is presented. With the angular displacement of the crankshaft as the abscissa and the oil pressure in the pipe as the ordinate, a regional sampling method for the signals is proposed on the basis of an analysis of the features of the pressure signal in the high pressure oil pipe in the engine.The design of a data acquisition unit is described.
