三值ECL极性变换电路的设计和计算机模拟
Design and Simulation of Ternary ECL Polarity Transformation Circuits
【摘要】 本文引入了一组能在多值ECL电路中揭示信号与元件相互作用过程的新运算,并讨论了有关的性质.在此基础上设计了三值ECL极性变换电路.经过SPICE2对电路进行计算机模拟,其结果表明该电路能实现其正确的逻辑功能并具有良好的DC与瞬态性能.
【Abstract】 A set of new operations which may reveal the interreaction between signals and elements in multivalued ECL circuits are proposed in this paper. The relative properties of these operations are discussed. Then, the ternary ECL polarity transformation circuits are designed. Finally the correct logic functions and desirable DC and transient characteristics in these circuits are proved by simulation with SPICE II .
