CO2激光对脑组织辐射损伤的超微结构研究
Ultrastructural Study of Cerebral Region Damaged by CO2 Laser Radiation
【摘要】 本文报道利用光镜和电镜观察到CO2激光辐射损伤区:碳化带,凝固带、水肿带。在水肿带外层神经组织的超微结构仍表现异常,主要是神经细胞的线粒体、高尔基复合体、粗面内质网、突触等细胞器肿胀、变性。这种移行性病理损伤发生在水肿带外层,因此,我们把这一损伤区命名为“水肿外带”。
【Abstract】 The damage area of CO2 laser radiation on cerebral tissue was studied by LM and EM in experimental animals and human cerebral tumors. After CO2 laser radiation, a damage area of charring, coagulation and edema zone was formed under LM. In the ultrastructural level, tissue structure of surrounding edema zone was observed by FM, at 60~100 μm the area revealed that mitochondria swelling, rongh endoplasmic reticula dilated and synapsis degenerated.The surrounding edema zone is named as "periedema zone" by us.
