【Abstract】 The effect of low protein on antioxidative ability and mineral element contents in rat was reported by orthogonal test,The result showed that superoxide dismutase, glutathione peroxidase activities and selenium, copper, zinc, calcium, magnesium contents in the liver were markedly decreased by dietary low protein treatment, whereas iron in the liver, selenium in the kidney and blood were significantly increased by the same treatment.更多还原
