【摘要】 本文介绍一种改良的AgNOR银染技术方法。该法将现行的滴染技术改为用立式或卧式染缸染色,并调整了硝酸银溶液的浓度,摸索了不同组织在15％～50％硝酸银溶液的缸染时间及温度。改良后的方法在消除非特异性银沉淀颗粒及降低背景染色等方面有较好效果,染色结果可靠,操作更为方便。更多还原

【Abstract】 We presented a new silver staining technique for showing the nucleolar organizer regions. We stained the specimens in the container with silver liquor instead of droping silver liouor on the slides and also, under the diffenert silver liquor concentration, we got obtained the best staining time and the staining temperature. We believed that the new staining method would reduce the non-specific background.It was suggested that the new staining method might be regard as a better way of AgNOR technique.更多还原
