【Abstract】 Identification of Dilong and its detection in Chinese traditional patent medicines were studied by TLC in this article. The developing solvent system is benzen-ethylacetate (9:1). Rf of the characteristic spot of Dilong is about 0.32. The method is simple, easy, convenient, sensitive and reliable. The reproducibility of the method is good. The TL chromatognams on silica gel pla te produced in demstic and HPTLC plate is compared. The former can be used for this parpose and more economical than HPTLC.更多还原
