用氨敏电极测定水中氨氮含量方法的探讨

【摘要】 作者系统地研究了用氨气敏电极测定水样中氨氮含量的方法,结果表明加酸调pH<2保存水样,加EDTA消除金属离子干扰,可获得满意效果。方法的回收率范围为90~104%,变异系数≤3.4%,测定范围为10-1~10-4μg/ml,检出限为0.13μg/ml,与纳氏比色法测定结果比较无差异(t=0.3775,P>0.5)。本法所需设备价廉,操作简便快速,结果准确可靠,可直接测定有色或浑浊水作中氨氮含量。

【Abstract】 A method for the determina-tion of NH3-N content in water byammonia gas sensor electrode was studiedsystematically. Good results were obtainedby adding acid to water samples until pH<2 for storage and adding EDTA to pre-vent metal ions from interference. Reco-veries varied in the range of 90-104%,and the coefficients of variation≤3.4%.The measurement range was 10-1-10-4μg/ml, and the detection limit 0.13μg/ml.The reliability of the method was confirm-ed by comparison with Nesslerization(P>0.5). This method is simple, rapid,accurate and can directly be applied tothe determination of the content ofammonia-nitrogen in colored and turbidwater samples.
