钒在大鼠妊娠期间经胎盘转运的研究

【摘要】 作者用极谱法测定了妊娠大鼠经腹腔注射V2O5后母鼠血、胎盘、羊水和胎鼠组织中的钒含量。结果表明,钒在妊娠的胚胎期和胎儿期均可透过胎盘进入胚胎/胎鼠体内,但胎盘对钒有一定屏障作用。给药后4小时胎鼠组织中钒含量达最高,120小时仍维持相当浓度,表明胎鼠对钒有蓄积作用。

【Abstract】 The passage of vanadiumpentoxide across the placenta into the em-bryo/fetus was investigated by analyzingthe vanadium content in embryo/fetus atvarious intervals between ih and 48h aftertreatment of pregnant Wistar rats withsingle dose of the V,O5.(5mg/kg) on days16-18 of gestation, at 4h after treatment ofpregnant rats with single dose of V2O5(5mg/kg) on day 12, and at 120h attertreatment of pregnant rats with dose ofV2O5 0.33, 1.0, 3.0 mg/kg on days 6through 15. The V concentration was deter-mined by catalytic polarogrphy. At aftertreatment on day 12, the V concentrationsin maternal blood, placenta and embryoswere elevated in comparison with those ofthe untreated group. At 4-48h after treat-ment on days 16-18, the V concentrationsin placenta and fetuses were elevated incomparison with those of the untreatedgroup. The V concentration at 4h aftertreatment in various tissues is the highestone among different time points. On days16-18, 4h after treatment, the V concen-tration in p1acenta was elevated in com-parison with that on day 12 of gestation,but the V concentration in embryo/fetuswas decreased. At 120h after treatment ondays 6-15, the V concentration in fetus isstill high in comparison with that of theuntreated group. The V content of fetusvaried according to doses, suggesting thatembryo/fetus accumulates vanadium. Theresults showed that vanadium can passtherough the placental barrier and enter theembryo/fetus during the embryonal or-ganogensis in rat, but placenta accumula-tes vanadium, and the barrier action in-creases with placental maturity.
