【Abstract】 In the present communica-tion, we report a method for the isolationand purification of αFP from fetal corpsehomogenate in a single-step procedure us-ing Act-Ultrogel AcA 22 affinity chromato-graphy column. This method proves to bebetter than the conventioal methodin simplicity, fastness and validity withrecovery, purity and immunoreactivity. Theimmunoeactivity of the purified αFP la-belled by the method of Hunter andGreenwood （1962） was 50-60% （B/T%）. Thiswas similar to αFP standard （WHO） .Theresults indicate that the ¹²⁵I-αFP issuitable for αFP radioimmunoassay.更多还原
