【Abstract】 It was demonstrated thatapo AⅠ, CⅡ and CⅢ MA were distri-buted in rat(Sprauge Dawley) liver,intestine,brain and kidney by RNA-dotblot analysis with apoAⅠ. CⅡ and CⅢ cDNAprobes. The relative abundances of apoAⅠin liver intestine, brain and kidney tissuesare 100%, 212%, 170% and 224%, respectively,those of apoCⅡ are 100%. 61%, 163% and214% and those of apocCⅢ 100%, 65%, 70%and 73%.respectively. The experiment wasrepeated for three times. The results werediscussed in this paper.更多还原
