家兔臂旁内侧核在“人中”穴加压效应中的作用

【摘要】 在电解和化学毁损臂旁内侧核(NPBM)前,分别及同时电刺激“人中”灾和 NPBM可引起加压效应。同时刺激时,加压效应加强,且主要表现为 NPBM的加压效应。毁损 NPBM刺激点后,再刺激毁损点,NPBM的加压效应消失,而“人中”的加压效应明显降低。在NPBM和三叉神经感觉主核之间横切脑干后,“人中”的加压效应也明显降低。结果表明NPBM在整体情况下,可能参与“人中”穴的加压效应。

【Abstract】 Experiments were per-formed on 18 rabbits, bivagotomized,galla-mine triethiodide immobilized and arti-ficially ventilated. The effects of elec-trical stimulation of "Renzhong" (Du 26)area and NPBM, separately and simulta-neously, on arterial blood pressure andheart rate were observed before and afterelectrolytic or chemical lesion of NPBM.Electrical stimulation of "Renzhongn areaor NPBM, separately could elicit an in-crease in arterial blood pressure;when both"Renzhong" and NPBM were stimulated.the pressor response to NPBM stimulationcould affect that of "Renzhong" area′s.But after electrolytic or chemical lesionof NPBM, stimulation of NPBM could nolonger elicit pressor response. On theother hand, the pressor response inducedby electrical stimulation of "Renzhong"area decreased obviously, after lesion ofNPBM or transection of brain stem be-tween NPBM and Nucleus trigemini prin-cipalis. These resulte suggest that NPBMmight ate part in the pressor responseof "Renzhong" area stimulation.
