反相流动注射化学发光分析ABEI—H2O2-Co(Ⅱ)化学发光体系的研究及其应用

【摘要】 本文用 MSM 数学原理和计算机模拟优化过程研究了 ABEI-H2O2-Co(Ⅱ)化学发光体系的最佳反应条件.用自行设计组装的流动注射化学发光仪,对反应机理进行了初步探讨.同时采用巯基棉柱预先分离干扰离子的方法,从而提高了反应的选择性,拟定了水样中痕量钴的新的化学发光测定方法.并首次提出把反相流动注射分析和化学发光分析结合起来,可以发挥两者的优点,提高检测钴的灵敏度.其检测下限达1.0×10-11g·mL-1,水样测试的精密度良好,回收率98—102%,分析速度100样·h-1.

【Abstract】 A new method has been recommended for the determination of trace amountsCo(Ⅱ) by reversed flow injetion analysis.The optimum reaction conditions of ABEI-H2O2-Co(Ⅱ) chemiluminescence system were studied by modified simplex method.Themechanism of this chemiluminescence reaction was studied in detail and a possiblereaction mechanism was presented.The selectivity of this chemiluminescence reactionwas increased by selecting a proper masking agent.On the basis of above research achemiluminescence method for the determination of trace amounts Co(Ⅱ) in naturalwater has been developed.The detection limit of this method is 1.0×10-11 g·mL-1.Thelinear range is from 5×10-11 to 1×10-7 g·mL-1.Recovery is 98—102%.The analysisrate is 100 samples per hour.
