【摘要】 合成了九种甲基麻黄素羧酸酯类化合物。以甲基麻黄素为母体,无水苯为溶剂,回流,在反应物的分子中引入萘普生酰基、烟酰基、呋喃甲酰基、氯乙酰基、溴乙酰基等具有某些生物活性的酰基。所有的产物都作了结构分析和元素分析,证明其中有六种化合物是首次合成的。更多还原

【Abstract】 Nine α-[1-(dimethylamino)ethyl benzyl]-esters[Ⅰ～Ⅸ]were prepared by reaction of[(+)-6′-methoxy-2′-methyl(2-naphthalene)]acetyl chlo-ride,nicotinyl chloride,p-nitrobenzoyl chloride,chloroacetyl chloride,3-furoyl chloride,bro-moacetyl chloride,p-methoxybenzoyl chloride,benzoyl chloride and acetyl chloride with α-[1-(dimethylamino)ethyl]benzyl alcohol in drybenzene on a water bath for one to three hours.The structures of all the compounds synthe-sized were confirmed by elemental analysis,ultra-violet and infrared spectra.更多还原
