【摘要】 选用10只杂种狗5只猕猴作实验动物,采用黑色明肢微血管灌注切片法和硫酸钡乳胶血管注射软射线X线索片法,对下颌体血供作血管造影研究,发现下颌体骨内、外源性动脉间存在着丰富吻合交通,探讨了下颌体部血供代偿的可能途径;发现两侧下牙槽动脉间吻合交通不发达;牙髓动脉起自行经根尖处的髓动脉,并偶见髓动脉发出双牙髓动脉进入同一牙根内。更多还原

【Abstract】 By applying microangiography with Chinese ink gelatin and soft X-ray film of man-dibular body following angiography with barium sulfate-emulsion,blood supply in mand-ibular body were studied in 10 dogs and 5 monkeys.Conclusion has been got as follows:1.The alveolar process,especially the symphysis mandibulae are the main places wh-ere the blood vessels in the inserting soft tissue enter the mandibular body.2.There are rich anastomoses between inferior alveolar artery and extraosseous arteri-es.These anastomoses mainly exist in the anterior part of the lower jaw(the symphysismandibulae and lower lip)3.After ligation of inferior alveolar artery at the mandibular foramen,it may takeseveral hours for arteries in inserting soft tissue to supply compensatory retrograde blood flow for the mandibular body by two ways.4.Branches of the inferior alveolar artery on one side can pass the symphysis mandib-ulae into the anterior part of the other side,and there is anastomoses between them andthe blood vessels of the inserting soft tissue on the contrast side.There are poor anastom-oses between the inferior alveolar arteries of both sides.5.Occasionally there is one sub-inferior alveolar artery or ramus artery accompanyingthe inferior alveolar artery into mandibular canal.6.Pulp artery can originate from marrow arteries which pass below the tooth apex.Sometimes marrow arteries can simultaneously send two pulp arteries into the same root.更多还原
