【Abstract】 A standardized X-ray projections including lateral transcranial,or corrected lateraltranscranial,corrected tomography of central section of the joint,and corrected arthro-tomography of upper or inferior compartment of the joint through the same section wereused to measure severity of the bone or disk pathology of the TMJ.Diagaoses based onthese imaging were used as standardized classifications of severity of TMJ pathology.The TMJ Clinic of the College of Stomatology,WCUMS has confirmed that the class-ifications based on these projections are valid and reliable.Features of the variousprojections are described and the importance of fixation of head position for correctionof long axis of the condyle is emphasized.更多还原
