【摘要】 1988年4月至1989年10月间,通过室内培育和海区采集相结合的方法初步研究了彩虹明樱蛤的生活史。按该蛤各个时期的形态特征和生态习性,描述了生活史的三个阶段:胚胎阶段、浮游幼虫阶段和埋栖生活阶段。同时,用组织学方法初步研究了该蛤的繁殖周期。此外,对受精、产卵类型、稚贝和蛤苗的区分诸问题进行了讨论。更多还原

【Abstract】 The yellow clam,Moerella iridescens was produced through artificial induced breeding and cultivated in laboratory for the study of its life history.Its morphological changes at various developmental stages from fertilized egg to larva (1 mm in shell length) were observed as well as the changes of the larva and the adult in natural environment.Five stages of the development of gonad could be determined with the cytological characteristics of the sexual cell and the follicle in development,更多还原
