血清中微量钙的极谱测定
Polarographic Determination of Serum Calcium
【摘要】 在0.02mol/L KOH 介质中,钙-桑色素络合物在单扫描示波极谱仪上有一灵敏的极谱吸附波,其导数峰电位为-0.75V(vs.SCE),峰电流与钙浓度在2.5×10-6-2.0×10-5mol/L 范围内呈线性关系.其检测限为0.1μg Ca2+/ml.应用于人体血清中微量钙的测定结果良好,探讨了波的性质,测出其络合比为1:1.
【Abstract】 In the solution of 0.02mol/L KOH,calcium-morin complex has a sensi- tive polarographic wave,as shown by the single sweep polarography.The peak potential of its derivative appears at -0.75V(vs SCE).A linear relationship between peak current and calcium concentration holds in the range of 2.5×10-6 —2.0×10-5mol/L.The detecion limit for clacium is 0.lμg/ml.This method has been successively applied to the determination of calcium in human serum.The properties of this wave has been studied.The complexing ratio of the complex has been determined to be 1:1.
