【摘要】 将健康大白鼠随机分组并速成肝损伤模型。分别测定疏肝理脾片对肝损害大鼠SGPT、肝细胞色素P-450,及其免疫功能的影响。结果表明:疏肝理脾片能明显降低SGPT,提高肝细胞色素P-450的水平,对正常动物的T淋巴细胞转化率有明显的降低作用。本品的急性及长期毒性实验结果表明:毒性极低。更多还原

【Abstract】 <ABSTRACT> Healthy rabbits were divided into several groups at random and the rabbit model of impairment of liver was made. Effect of Shugan Lipi Pian (liver-soothing and spleen-regulating tablets) on the impaired rabbits SGPT, hepatic cytochrome P-450 and immunological function were observed. The result showed that Shugan Lipi Pian had function to lower SGPT markedly and to enhance the level of hepatic cytochrome P-450 in both of healthy and impaired rabbits, and to normal rabbits, and reduced the T-lymphocyte transformation rate markedly. The result of acute and long-term toxicity tests of this drug showed that it had little toxicity.更多还原
