【摘要】 本试验探讨鸡血细胞和血浆蛋白在体外对锌-65摄取量作为评定鸡体锌营养状况指标的可行性。试验结果表明,血细胞和血浆蛋白在体外对锌65摄取随饲粮中锌水平提高而下降,二者分别与饲粮中锌水平呈负相关(r=-0.684,-0.315);而锌-65摄取量随饲粮中钙水平提高而增加。与评定鸡体锌营养状况常用指标比较,血细胞在体外对锌-65的摄取作为反映饲粮中含锌状况的指标有较好的灵敏度,且不受血浆中营养成分变化的影响;而血浆蛋白对锌-65摄取灵敏度较差。更多还原

【Abstract】 Two experiments were conducted in this stud.Results of experiment 1 showed that the uptake of zinc-65 in vitro by blood cells and plasma protein decreased as the dietary zinc increased (r=-0.684,-0.315),and increased as the dietary calcium elevated.Compared with the conventional used indicators,the uptake of zinc-65 in vitro by blood cells was sensitive in reflecting the status of the dietary zinc.Results from experiment 2 indicated that the uptake of zinc 65 in vitro by blood cells and plasma protein was not affected by the addition of nutrients in the blood incubation.The study suggested that measurement of the uptake of zinc-65 in vitro by blood cells is useful method for the assessment of zine status;in chickens更多还原
