小型DIAL装置的选频激光器微型计算机控制系统
MICROCOMPUTER-CONTRLLED SYSTEM OF FREQUENCY-SELECTING LASER IN DIAL DEVICE
【摘要】 本文介绍对DIAL装置中CO2选频激光器的工作谱线进行搜索、检测、选定及数据处理的微型计算机控制系统的设计思想,各部分功能,控制软件结构及其作用.本系统能保证DIAL装置在实时大气污染等测量时,CO2激光器的工作谱线选定和谱线转换准确、快速,能将由于空气湍流引起的测量误差减小,从而提高测量的精度.
【Abstract】 This paper is about the designing ideology, functions of various parts, system software-controlled structure and the purpose of the microcomputer controlled system used for hunting, selecting and data handling for the working series on lines of CO2 frequency-selecting laser in device. The system can guarantee the accuracy and high speed of the working series of lines’ detecting and transmitting of the CO2 laser when BAIL device measurer atmosphere pollution on real time. It can also ensure better results by reducing errors caused by atmosphere turbulence.
