固氮螺菌突变株CWV-22对作物物质生产和氮素循环的影响 Ⅱ.CWV-22对小麦生长发育产量及吸氮量的影响
THE INFLUENCE OF APPLYING MUTANT STRAIN OF AZOSPIRILLUM BRASLENSE(CWV-22)ON CROP MATTER PRODUCTION AND NITROGEN CIRCULATION Ⅱ.INFLUENCE OF CWV-22 APPLICATION ON WHEAT GROWTH PRODUCTION AND NITROGEN UPTAKE
【摘要】 施用固氮螺菌突变株CWV-22能使小麦株高,干物重、产量、吸氮量和土壤全氮含最明显增加;在产量构成因子中,CWV-22影响最大的是每穗实粒数,其次是千粒重,但不能增加每亩有效穗数;CWV-22的固氮作用缓慢而持久,施用该菌后仍应在小麦生长中,后期补充适量化学氮肥;CWV-22的施用方式以一次拌种为好。
【Abstract】 The soil culture and feild experiments from 1989 to 1990 demonstrated that CWV-22 application raised significantly plant hight,dry matter weight;grain production and nitrogen uptake of wheat and soil total nitrogen,Among the factors determining grain production,the most affected was the plump grain number per ear,and then came the weight per one thousand grains,CWV-22 application had no effect on the effective ear number per mu.CWV-22 fixed nitrogen slowly and lastingly so that it Was necessary to add proper nitrogen fertilizer to soil in middle and late periods of wheat growth.The best way for CWV-22 applicotion was to mix it with wheat seeds before sowing.
