【Abstract】 Based on the experience of 8-year reform and 6-year operation of teaching laboratories in HNAC, according to the diseiplinal characteristics of tea speciality and the principles of pedagogies and talent science, the paper has raised a knowledge-and-ability system for students and a system of practice teaching for tea speciality.
