苎麻基因资源的光合作用及其与产量品质关系的研究

【摘要】 研究了来自全国主要苎麻产区的基因资源光合作用及其与产量品质的关系,结果表明:(1)显著影响苎麻田间净光合强度(Pn)的因素,头、二、三麻依次减少;其中胞间CO2浓度、叶室CO2浓度、气孔阻力和气孔导度对三季麻Pn均有显著影响,而蒸腾强度对头、二麻Pn,叶温对二、三麻Pn有显著影响。(2)经逐步回归分析,建立了各季麻Pn与其主要影响因素的多元回归方程,这些方程对Pn的回归拟合结果,头、二、三麻平均误差率分别为3.35%,1.46%和3.30%。(3)季内各基因型问Pn差异显著,季间Pn则三麻>二麻>头麻;Pn与原麻产量呈显著或极显著正相关;Pn与单纤维支数相关不显著。头、二、三麻Pn均较高的资源有:浏阳“鸡骨白”、邻水“牛皮麻”、邻水“红顶家麻”、“园青6号”等品种。

【Abstract】 Net photosynthesis (Pn) and other 10 parameters of ramie gene-tic sources were studied in 1989. The results were as follows. 1/The number ofparameters significantly influencing Pn decreased from crop 1 to crop 3. In-tercellular CO2 concentration, CO2 concentration in chamber,stomatal resis-tance and conductance have significant partial correlations with Pn in all thethree crops. 2/The multivariate regression equations of the significant factorsto Pn, with 3. 35, 1.16 and 3.30 percent estimate error averages for crop1,2 and 3 respectively,have been worked out by stepwise regression analysis.3/There were significant differences among genotypes within each crop,whilethe Pn averages of crop 1,2 and 3 were 14.537,14.591 and 14.888 (μmolCO,m-2S-1). There were significant positive correlations between Pn and fi-ber yield. Some genotypes had high Pn values (>15.00) over all the three crops,such as Liuyang ’Jigubai’, Lingshui ’Niupima’, Lingshui ’Hongdingjama’, and’Yuanqing No.6’
