【Abstract】 In this paper the mutagenicity of sophoridine, an alkaloid isolated from sophora alopecuroides L. and having the properties of anticancer and antiarrhymia, was studied with Ames test, micronuc leus test of mouse bone marrow PCEs, and hum-an lymphocyte SCE and chromosome aberration test. Our results show that sophoridine has no mutageniciy and is worth studying.更多还原
