【摘要】 研究了化癌多糖合剂对小鼠艾氏腹水癌（EAC）、小鼠肉癌(S₁₈₀)、小鼠网织细胞白血病(L₈₁₅)的抑制作用。结果,化癌多糖合剂可显著延长荷瘤小鼠的生存时间,抑制肿瘤细胞的增殖。对于由于接种肿瘤细胞后引起荷瘤小鼠的胸腺萎缩和肾上腺萎缩也有强大的对抗作用。提示,化癌多糖合剂是一安全有效具有希望的抗癌中药制剂,值得进一步开发研究。更多还原

【Abstract】 We have studied the inhibitive effect of polysaccharedes mixture on Ehrlich Ascites Carcinoma （EAC）, Sarcoma180(S₁₈₀), reticulocytic leukemia(L₆₁₅) in mice. It is found that polysaccharides mixture can obviously prolong the survival duration of mice suffering from tumour and inhibit neoplastic proliferation. Thymus and adrenal gland atrophy in mice suffering from cancer by means of vaccination are also remarkably resisted. The result of our experiments show that polysaccharides mixture is a safe, effective and promising pharmaceutic preparation of traditional chinese medicine.
