【摘要】 UV(即Ultraviolet,紫外线)固化的涂料是一种广泛使用的石英玻璃光纤的一次被复材料,该涂料固化后的性能对光纤的特性有很大的影响:若与光纤的附着力差,就易出现脱皮现象,附着力太强,则可能使光纤的传输损耗增加。本文着重探讨了UV涂料固化膜与石英基质间附着力形成的机理以及涂料的组成、固化膜的结构和环境因素,特别是水和水蒸气对附着力的影响。

【Abstract】 Considerable influence is imposed by qurtz optical fibre’s primary UV-cured coating on the properties of the fibre. Peeling often occurs when adhesion betweeen the two is poor; in the other extreme case the loss in the fibre’s transmission power tends to increase. Investigations are made chiefly of the mechanism of adhesion formation, the formulae of the coating, the structure of the cured film, and the influence On the adhesion by the environmental factors, especially by water and water vapour
